Q. How long will it take for the images to be ready?
A. All images will be ready and delivered to you no later than 24hrs after the photo shoot.

Q. How long prior to the day do I need to book for the photo shoot?
A.
It is best to book as early as possible so that you can get a time that bests suits you and your vendor, particularly for twilight and premium packages. However so long as the booking is made and confirmed by 9.00am the photo shoot can be done on that day. We can also do last minute shoots if we are available.

Q. How will the images come?
A. The retouched images will come on a disc, with the property address or number on the front (for easy recognition). The disc will be couriered the next day direct your door.

Q. What does my vendor need to do to prepare their property for a photo shoot?
A. They will need to ensure that the property is clean and free from clutter, as this makes the photographs look much nicer. Have your Vendors read "Preparing Your Property for Professional Photos"  we suggest that you print a copy of this for your vendors and ask that they follow it.

Q. What is the easiest and best way to book for a photo shoot?
A. You can book via our online booking form, and someone will contact you ASAP to confirm booking time. Alternatively you can contact us directly either by phone or fax. Depending on what suits the needs of your office.

Q. What days and times do you do photo shoots?
A. We are available for photo shoots six days a week (excluding Sundays) from approx. 9am to 6pm. (however we are flexible)

Q. Does the owner or myself need to be at the property when the photo shoot is taking place?
A. This is entirely up to you. We can arrange a pick up of keys if you are unable to be at the property at the time, and the vendor is happy to do so.

Q. What can the photos be used for?
A. You will receive two file sizes, one for the web and a high-resolution file for printing. Hence the photos can be used for a number of mediums, this is up to you.

Q. Does the agency get any discounts for having several properties photographed?
A. This is dependant on how often our services are used, but yes we can work out a special rate for you if our services are used regularly.

Q. How does the agency pay for the photo sessions, would there be an account or do the sessions need to be paid for individually?
A.
This would be dependant on the agency, and generally worked out on an individual basis on what works best for both parties. However if our services are used on a regular basis (i.e. for all properties going on the market that need photographs taken) we would be more than happy to set up an account.
